Safaa Amrani is an engineer and entrepreneur. Having lived in several countries, she has developed a deep interest in different cultures, cinema, literature, and poetry, all of which have shaped her creative world.

With Grigri, her first published work, she tells the journey of a small clay figurine created in Touba, Senegal. From Dakar to Paris, Grigri passes from hand to hand, becoming a witness to the stories, hopes, and wounds of those she encounters.

Blending realism and imagination, Grigri explores themes of love, self-discovery, and the desire for healing.
