Jeff Koehler is a James Beard Award-winning author and traveler whose books explore the cultural history of food and place, from the Himalayas to North Africa. His work combines storytelling, culinary insight, and a deep sense of place.

We're thrilled to welcome him to Booklore Marrakech on May 17 at 4PM for an evening of conversation and book signing around cookbooks, including his just published The Spanish Mediterranean Islands Cookbook and his popular recent work The North African Cookbook. He will talk about all things food and cookbook related with Aziz Nahas.
